We're an SME Beds Business Awards 2018 finalist!

Thanks to vocal valued customers, carefully optimised systems and committed staff, Window Ware has reached the finals of the SME Bedfordshire Business Awards – Service Excellence category.

Our customers aren’t shy in telling us how they feel about our products and services, and that’s great, because we actively invite feedback and use it constructively (good or bad) to fine-tune our offering and ensure we’re delivering just what our market needs. Thankfully, our customers seem to like what we’re about, in fact our average TrustScore is at an all-time high - 9.2 out of 10!

Armed with plenty of positive testimonials and documented evidence of our efforts to continually hone our hardware provision, we decided to enter the Service Excellence category in the Bedfordshire Business Awards 2018. Accolades like this are a great way to put an official, independently-judged stamp of quality on what we do. They provide all-important reassurance for new customers who are deciding whether or not to buy from Window Ware for the first time, not just on a local scale, but a national and even global scale too.
