In April, we reported how we’d got our service levels off to a fantastic start for the first quarter of 2018 having achieved over 97% OTIF (order received on time and in full) every month since the start of the year. We’re pleased to say, that impressive track record has continued into May with another impressive average monthly OTIF of 97.79%!

This proves that almost 98 times out 100, you can count on Window Ware to get the tools and products you need to you just when you need them – it’s a reassuring piece of trust-affirming evidence whether you’re a regular customer or a completely new client! Delivery reliability naturally has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, so our high-performing delivery stats have probably helped to raise our monthly TrustPilot score to its highest level to date – 9.2 out of 10!
