Near perfect November OTIF on key hardware deliveries

We’re pleased to report that in November, for the second month running, we managed to deliver 99% of our most-popular category A products On Time and In Full.

These top-selling products are critical to keeping installers and fabricators productive, so its hugely important we’re able to guarantee deliveries and prevent supply disruptions. By publishing our OTIF results, we can prove to our customers that Window Ware can be relied upon to deliver the goods they need time after time.

With Christmas just around the corner and the inevitable business shut-down approaching, we’re keen to avoid any delivery disappointments for our customers. With this is mind, please check out our Christmas opening hours blog post to find out when we’re working over the festive season. You can place orders right up until 4.30pm on Wednesday 20th December for next day delivery on stocked items, which means you’ll get your goods before Christmas. Then we’re back for business in the new year on Tuesday 2nd January with deliveries recommencing the very next day.
