Autumn is traditionally a hectic time of year for Window Ware, as fabricators and installers hurry to fulfil orders and complete installation projects for their customers in time for Christmas. That trend has held true so far this year, because October turned out to be our busiest month of 2017!
Our OTIF figures for last month show that we were able to deliver nearly 99% (98.7% to be exact) of our top-selling category A products On Time and In Full. What’s more, with a huge 6,500+ strong product offering, we still managed to achieve a 96.3% average OTIF across our product range, which includes delivery success rates for special orders and goods with longer lead times. It’s a great result considering we shipped out over 530,000 individual items during October, and just a few orders didn’t make it to their intended destination on time.
