We've worked closely with logistics specialists, Aspray 24, to deliver a brand-new, industry-exclusive Track and Trace portal that puts the whereabouts of your shipment right at our fingertips! So now when you call our Sales team for an update on your order, you'll get… 

  • Quick and efficient answers to questions about your shipment.
  • Real-time information about your delivery.
  • A more accurate ETA over and above your initial 2-hour delivery slot, so you're not left waiting around to take receipt of your goods.
  • Faster resolution of delivery issues with access to proof of delivery and real-time driver feedback.

Following 12 months of design and development with Aspray, this new and improved Track and Trace facility is currently only available to a few customers including Window Ware. Once further features and benefits have been added later this year, Aspray 24 will share this technology with other customers.
