Window Ware August 2017 delivery & service stats

Last month we delivered 97.2% of all order lines On Time and In Full.

While it's a great result considering that we successfully delivered 19,330 product lines (or almost half a million individual items) next working day exactly as promised, it is in fact slightly down by 0.3% on July's delivery stats. As a company that consistently strives to delight its customers and exceed their expectations, Window Ware would love to report improvements month after month. However, we believe in being honest with our customers in everything we do and that’s why we’ll always tell you like it is.

Like many other businesses at this time of year, Window Ware had to work extra hard to man the fort during the big summer getaway. We're proud that despite a strong sales month and a massive 160 days of well-earned annual leave booked off in the office between 20th July and 31st August, we still managed to pull together, maintain our usual high standards of service AND achieve 97.2% OTIF. We are confident we'll soon be back on track with our higher OTIF levels now the team is up to full power again.

We're very pleased to say our customers weren't adversely affected by the OTIF dip. In fact, it seems they are more satisfied than ever judging by our average TrustScore which is up by 0.1% on last month to 9.1/10!
