How to Order

Ordering from our website is simple and follows a similar process to other major shopping websites.

Your ordering experience will usually happen like this: 

  1. Login to your account if you are in the trade, giving you access to our trade only low prices. 
  2. Find a product on our site that you would like to buy, using the site search, or by choosing products from the drop down menu options. Alternatively for an even faster way to order your favourite items, choose MY ORDERS or MY USUALS for a quick order option from the MY ACCOUNT area.
  3. Once you've selected your chosen product, click DETAILS to see further information on the product such as guarantees, images, and videos. Otherwise choose BUY NOW.
  4. Make your product selection and click the ADD TO BASKET button.
  5. Browse through the site and add as many items as you like - the number of products you've added shows up next to the BASKET at the top of the screen.
  6. When you are ready to finalise your purchase, click on BASKET at the top of your screen (this can be identified by the shopping trolley icon).
  7. Check the contents of your cart are as expected then scroll down and select CHECK OUT WITH PAYPAL (for a speedy check out if you have a PayPal account) or PROCEED TO CHECK OUT (for customers with our 30 day interest free credit account, or those wishing to pay by credit or debit card).  You will be sent to a secure external page hosted by Sagepay to submit your payment details.
  8. You will be asked to supply your delivery and billing addresses, and chosen delivery method, or you can choose click and collect if preferred. Then click the CONTINUE button
  9. You will be presented with an order review page. If everything is correct, click the PLACE ORDER button to confirm your order
  10. You will then see a thank you for submitting your order page, an opportunity to print a copy of your order, and you'll shortly receive an email confirming your order, with further updates as your delivery progresses.
