Caldwell Folding Window Opener Low-level Operation

Caldwell’s folding openers (or over centre cam stays) deliver secure and safe restricted opening and ventilation all in one. These hard-wearing, highly usable aluminium components can be configured for numerous sizes and types of casements usually in non-domestic settings such as schools, hospitals, offices, hotels and more.

Features:

• Available in various step sizes and vertical screw centres (see table)
• Gives a sash movement of 100 or 150mm (see table)
• Resilient anodised satin silver finish
• It is recommended that Folding openers are positioned between 100 and 200mm from the corner of the sash to ensure system integrity.
• Quality manufactured to British Standard BS EN ISO 9001: 2008
• Corrosion resistant to BS 7412: 2007
• Open/close cycle tested in excess of 100,000 cycles
• Suitable for use on most timber, PVCu, aluminium, steel and composite windows.
