Details

This Securistyle window hinge has a built in child resistant mechanism that limits the opening of the window to a maximum of 100mm (in the restricted position).

Features:

  • Tested to BS6375 to withstand a force of 600N when opened to its restricted position.
  • Built-in quick-release levers allow window to be fully opened for easy cleaning, total ventilation or emergency escape.
  • Restrictor mechanism automatically relocates and re-sets as the window is closed.

Also available in 12" or 16" side hung when only the bottom restrictor hinge needs fitting to satisfy the requirements of BS6375 Part 2.
