Welcome to our Trade Counter, located just off the A421 Bedford bypass, with dedicated parking for Window Ware customers (for details of how to find us, please see the map in contact details section).
We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, providing you with the opportunity to buy from us in person and browse through our extensive range of products on display. This now includes a number of new products such as, DeWalt power tools and accessories, Round Windows, Composite Doors and Inline Sliding Patio Doors.
If you are in a hurry, you are more than welcome to pre-order by phone or fax and we’ll have your goods ready for you when you arrive.
If you would prefer your goods to be delivered, The Trade Counter has its own delivery vehicles, enabling us to offer a free of charge next day delivery service within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and even parts of Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. To qualify for this service, please ensure your order reaches the Trade Counter by 2pm.
We can accept payment by cash, cheque, and most debit and credit cards or you can charge the order to your Window Ware account, if you have one.

Dewalt Demo Day
We were delighted that so many visitors came along to our DeWalt Demo day on 11th July. With demonstrations taking place all day, there was plenty to catch the eye.
We held a free prize draw for everyone who attended, and 1st prize was a DeWalt Radio Charger worth over £100!
Congratulations to Glen Hewson from Lockfast (Bedford) Ltd who won 1st prize.
2nd and 3rd prize winners were Eddie Seal from E C Seal Glazing Services and Ben from Cellfix Ltd. They won a DeWalt Toolbox, Spirit Level and a pair of Safety Glasses.
