For every order you place you rate Window Ware for our service, and that means delivering exactly what you want, when you want it. That's why we measure our On Time and In Full (OTIF*) every working day both as a business, and also for you as our customer.
The graph demonstrates our performance for a rolling 12 month period, to the end of May.
